We collect information you provide when using PepSmarts — quiz answers, search filters, and contact details when you choose to share them with a listed provider. We also collect basic analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the product.
2. What we don't collect
PepSmarts is not a healthcare provider. We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). When you connect with a provider, your medical information flows directly to that provider under their own privacy practices.
3. How we use information
To match you with relevant providers, surface accurate pricing, prevent abuse, and improve our matching engine. We never sell personal information to third parties.
4. Provider relationships
Listed providers may pay for placement (Premium / Diamond tiers). Paid placement never influences review counts or star ratings — see our Advertising disclosure for details.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@pepsmarts.com.
